General Policy

Thank you for choosing Shreeram Techedge. We strive to provide the best possible service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

Subscription Services

For our SaaS products like Schooledge AI and ReviseEdge AI, which are offered on a subscription basis, payments are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable for the subscription period they are paid for.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period. To cancel, please contact our support team or use the cancellation feature in your account dashboard.

One-Time Services

For one-time services such as setup fees or custom development, payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If a project is cancelled before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed, at our sole discretion.

Exceptions

In rare cases, such as a billing error or if the service was not accessible for an extended period due to our fault, we may consider a refund. All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
